North State Builds, in collaboration with NCCC and local partners, is offering a FREE Pre-Apprenticeship program right here in Northern California. The program will offer classes in Redding, Eureka and Marysville for ALL residents of the North State. Classes will follow the ‘Multi Craft Core Curriculum’ (MC3) that was developed by Building Trades leaders and educators around the country. Completion can connect you with a career in the Building Trades!

From constructing projects like the Shasta Dam, the Sundial Bridge or the Red Bluff Courthouse, our partners have been involved in all aspects of construction in the North State. Chances are, if you look around at any of the marque buildings or structures in the North State, we’ve played a part in it.

We have a HUGE inventory of work under contract that will require hiring the best and brightest in the industry. To get the process started, follow the link below and submit the questionnaire. Once received, one of our employer partners or trade organizations will reach out to you to start the process of bringing you on board!
